McKinley High School is a public high school in Sebring, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Sebring Local Schools district. Member of the ITCL formally known as TCL. Plagued with negative reviews by the community and state educational rankings. As of October 2015; SchoolDigger.com gives McKinley a Two Star Rating. Including having McKinley ranked 463rd out of 771 Ohio high schools. Moreover, ACT scores are below average at 19. The football program is in 7th place for the State record of most consecutive loses with 43 during 1985-1990. Along with 2nd place for Most Interceptions in a single Game with 7. The game was North Jackson Jackson-Milton vs. Sebring McKinley (09/29/2006). McKinley has TCL Football Championships in 1955 and 1973. McKinley Basketball has a long history of winning. Currently ranked 28th in State on the all-time wins at 1,175. Hall of Fame coach Rick Brook is credited for 571 of those wins.
